Special Crisis Planning

Prepare, Don't Panic.

With events changing rapidly and in unprecedented ways, we wanted to offer our help to you in preparing important ancillary documents to estate plans.

What we mean by "ancillary" is a group of documents that are not a will or a trust, but documents that give others the ability to receive information about you from a healthcare provider and also empower them to help take care of your affairs if you are incapacitated.

We are offering a reduction in price for these documents so that you have the ability to get your affairs in order in this unpredictable time while still conserving your financial resources: $500 for an individual, $625 for a married couple.

These documents are not end of life documents - they deal with incapacity, but are just as important as an end of life (will or trust) documents.

  1. Health Care Power of Attorney (allowing a person(s) to make health care decisions for you if you are unable to make them for yourself);
  2. HIPAA (who can be informed of your medical situation if you are hospitalized and/or incapacitated);
  3. Living Will (communicating to your Health Care Power Of Attorney agent, as well as family and loved ones, your wishes on end of life, including do not resuscitate, being given last rites, and food and nutrition if unconscious);
  4. Durable Power of Attorney (allowing a person(s) to make financial decisions and access your financial accounts if you are unable to do so);

Except for the signing of the documents, these instruments can be built for you via telephone, GoToMeeting or other technology. We are open to whatever works for your situation.

The need is urgent, and real solutions are available. We’re here to help you. If you believe that you need these services, please contact us today to schedule an appointment. We want to get these documents in your hands BEFORE any community-wide quarantine is imposed.

Thank you and take care.
